Getting to Kiawah Island

Kiawah Island has been an integral part of our story, so we’re excited to share it with all of you.

Where to stay.

❋ Rent a house or villa

We recommend this option for the best flexibility and ability to choose things within your budget and group size.

We’ll be gathering at different places across the island, so don’t worry about choosing something close to Marsh House, the scene of the party.

You can browse options on VRBO and AirBnB. You can also reach out to local real estate / rentals company Akers Ellis.

❋ Stay at a nearby hotel

Please find accommodations below (FYI: these hotels do not offer room blocks).

The Andell ($$)

The Sanctuary ($$$)

The Dunlin ($$$$)

How to get around.

You can Uber/Lyft from the airport to Kiawah, but there aren’t Ubers roaming around to take you from place to place when you’re there.

❋ Rent a car

We recommend renting a car if you’re flying into CHS, as they have many options for rentals (I’m a Hertz girl myself but do whatever works best for you and your credit card points).

❋ Car service

We highly recommend Caddie Chauffer to get around the Island safely. Book rides with them here.

Babysitting Options.

Kids love the beach, so we totally understand if you want to bring your kids along for the weekend! Kids can join for the Welcome Party and Beach Hang, but unfortunately we can’t accomodate children for the Saturday Night Celebration. That said, we wanted to offer a local babysitting options below.

❋ Perfectly Poppins

Local babysitting service that serves Kiawah Island and Charleston. Check it out here.
